It was really great to work with Louise de Jonge. I was searching for an apartment in Leiden from abroad and I am not sure I would have managed without her. She was great and very competent throughout the process. Already the initial contact with her was very organised and focused on our needs. Within a few days she was able to identify several potential apartments for us. She organised the viewing for those apartments and sent videos of the tours. She was easily reachable and the communication worked extremely well. After 3 weeks she found the perfect place for us and she also took care of the contract and immediately adapted it according to our request. I can 100% recommend to work with her in any case if you are searching for an apartment but especially from abroad!
