Een fijn 2-kamer appartement met een zonnig balkon op het zuidwesten met middag- en avondzon!
De woning is gelegen in een rustige eenrichtingsstraat in de wijk Rustenburg-Oostbroek, op loopafstand van het Zuiderpark en diverse winkels waar u goed terecht kunt voor de dagelijkse boodschappen.
